Wrote... I have just finished writing/compiling "My Darling Wife, Letters from Vietnam 1962-63 and 1966-67." After 40 years I dusted off the box of Ken's letters from Vietnam, we looked up old photos, and organized this 248 page book that has all the letters he wrote to me in 1962 before we were married, and excerpts from the many he wrote in 1966-67. The Vietnam War rests uneasily in American History as the benchmark of conflicts to avoid. The men and women who served in Vietnam and those who waited at home have spent their lives in the shadow of that war experience. I have a commitment from my six brothers to attend this year's homecoming at NCHS. This will be the 50th for Max's class of 1953.
